- Work closely with external and internal cleaning and maintenance crews to make sure the school facilities and resources are in good conditions.
- Maintain the effectiveness of lunch and bus services for students
- Keep track of and maintain the availability of office policies/procedures, office area/ facilities/ equipment, office records;
- Assist in making logistic preparations for School events;
- Supervise implementation of daily cleaners’ sanitation
- Remind cleaners if their implementation is not as good as expected
- Manage all legal documents of school such as decision for establishment of school, seals, fire-fighting documents, supplier contracts
- Filling all contractor profiles for archives, update and organizing as database (use for tax purpose or authorities)
- Support principal/management board to prepare, hand in files/report/ documents to local authorities: ward people’s committee, Dept. of Education and Training, Police Dept Fire Prevention & Fighting & Rescue...
- Support Operations Director tasks related to the Firefighting facilities/Food Safety and
- Hygiene procedures/ regulations ensuring they are under control and compiled in daily
- operations
- Make a list, manage and keep track of all school properties such as computers, fridge, tables, chairs, microwave oven, electric fan, bin...
- Ensure available school stationeries such as pen, pencils, hot glue, markers, paper,...
- Make the general report at the end of month
- Send email to teachers and staff to follow the request
- Checking attendance of all teachers and staff members then reports to the HR Dept. every month;
- Support school in organizing events such as setting up stage, meeting room, buying materials and everything to prepare for events.
- Ensure the Firefighting facilities/Food Safety and Hygiene procedures/ regulations
- Handover properties for staff members and make a list of these properties then get their signature for confirmation.
- Check and assign technician to fix electricity, water leakage, toilet...
- Coordinate the transportation of furniture to store and set up classroom.
- Check and assign technician to fix AC and all equipment at school to ensure they operate smoothly.
- Other tasks as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field required
- At least 3-5 years at the same role or in administration fields.
- English communication ability in both written and verbal manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to organize, manage, prioritize, and follow through on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving,Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Planning & Negotiation skill
