- Receive and issue booking confirmations to customers, follow up with customers, and resolve any booking-related issues: amendment, extend cut-off, early drop-off request, vessel delay....
- Make and handle Export documents: Submit SI, VGM, Debit Notes, filing AMS...
- Follow and update vessel schedule to agents/ clients
- Solving the problem for the clients

- College degree or above
- At least 02-03 years of experience in a similar position and at least 1-year experience in US cargo and RF cargo
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding; NVOCC; Shipping
- Good command of English.
- Able to work independently or in group.
