- Defines the purpose of the position as well as the main duties and responsibilities.
- This should be the main part of the job description and fully describe the objectives of the role.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for our in-house supply chain systems, ensuring that the business users can perform their day-to-day functions as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures & the IT strategy.
- Deliver timely support for value chain systems across product development, order management, purchase orders, and manufacturing operations.
- Assist end-users with system-related inquiries and provide training when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Ensure system documentation is up to date and accurate.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or a related field of study;
- 5 years or above experience with Supply Chain functional areas across: Product Development, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing; Practical experience in SQL (Oracle or PostgreSQL) operations.
- Technical knowledge of AWS and Java is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
