Mô tả công việc

Defines the purpose of the position as well as the main duties and responsibilities.
This should be the main part of the job description and fully describe the objectives of the role.
Provide day-to-day technical support for our in-house supply chain systems, ensuring that the business users can perform their day-to-day functions as efficiently as possible whilst maintaining adherence to standard operating procedures & the IT strategy.
Deliver timely support for value chain systems across product development, order management, purchase orders, and manufacturing operations.
Assist end-users with system-related inquiries and provide training when necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
Ensure system documentation is up to date and accurate.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Business, or a related field of study;
5 years or above experience with Supply Chain functional areas across: Product Development, Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing; Practical experience in SQL (Oracle or PostgreSQL) operations.
Technical knowledge of AWS and Java is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
