- Carry out recruitment work according to the agreed plan each month and when it arises
- Search and propose effective recruitment channels
- Participate in setting job descriptions for vacancies- Screen applications, contact candidates, arrange interview schedules and directly participate in interviews
- Notify interview results to successful candidates and send thank you letters to unsuccessful candidates
- Maintain and improve the recruitment process, build & manage recruitment questions for each position
- Make relevant reports
- Consults with all departments, all levels of management
- Training for new staff, scheduling and recording the result of internal training sessions, monthly training, hold all the testing
- In charging related contact of labor

- Days off: 14 days off/year for staff level

Yêu cầu công việc
- University/College graduation with Human Resource/ Economic/ Business Administration major
- At lease 1 years experience in Recruitment/ Admin/ HR
- Good communicate at English / Chinese is prefer
- Have a high responsibility, careful, have ability to work under high pressure and work over time when necessary
- Fluency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel)
