As the HR Manager specializing in recruitment and training, you will lead and oversee the company’s talent acquisition and development strategies to ensure that we attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will work closely with department heads to meet the company's strategic objectives, ensuring a strong organizational culture and continuous learning environment within the technology space.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, and interviewing to selection and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand the talent needs for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future positions.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent in the tech industry.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and optimize processes.
Training & Development:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee skill sets and foster continuous learning, particularly in tech roles.
- Assess training needs in collaboration with team leaders and managers, focusing on both technical skills and soft skills development.
- Organize onboarding and induction programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the company.
- Promote a culture of learning and development by facilitating internal workshops, certifications, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Track training effectiveness through employee feedback and performance evaluations.
Leadership & Strategy:
- Provide leadership to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
