- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality management practices
- Analyze, understand the advantage/disadvantage of the work to propose the solution to save the cost and adapt the stakeholder requirements
- Deploy a robust Quality Management System (QMS) that aligns with industry standards and best practices
- Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing quality management systems and best practices
- Develop and keep updated the process assets necessary to perform the work in projects and departments
- Define processes for projects through the project-specific selection and/or tailoring from the standard process using the defined tailoring criteria
- Deploy defined processes, provide guidance, support for implementing defined processes
- Verify and enable improvement of the quality of the performed processes and resulting work products through audit projects and departments
- Identify and perform opportunities for improvement during quality assurance activities
- Support and provide consultation on any other processes and quality standards as requested on an ad hoc basis

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT, Computer Science, System Engineering, Electronics/Electrical, or a related discipline
- Awareness Training about Automotive ASPICE, IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, CSQA, etc.
- Awareness in Quality Assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in conducting internal audits, supplier audits, or compliance audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience in identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality-related issues and deviations
- At least 1 year in a role or function relating to Quality Assurance implementation of the relevant management systems in the relevant industries/services such as Automotive ASPICE, IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, etc.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze complex information, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights to drive process improvements and address quality issues
- Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing priorities, timelines, and requirements in a dynamic work environment, while maintaining a high level of quality and meeting deadlines
