· Coordinate with Master Dealer/Small Dealer to create and execute channel business plan to meet monthly sales target;
· Improve stocks quantity and brand materials deployment in terminal shops; and assist with dealers to maintain products, brand materials and products demo standards;
· Regularly collect PSI (purchase-sell-inventory)data from dealers as well as competitors data; analyze the sales data; and improve products sales;
· Coordinate with dealers to hold effective activities with sufficient plans;
· Maintain the relationship with current dealers and develop potential dealers with brand strategy;
· Regularly visit shops to know the demand and requirement from dealers; Assist with shops to sell products;
· Check shops staff knowledge about products and give proper training to them.

· Bachelor’s degree or above
· Over 3 years of sales experience in distribution channel sales in CCTV/IT/KA.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills;
· Good experience in Channels management and marketing;
· Fluent in English/Chinese
· Good analytical Excel/PPT/Word and advanced presentation
