Fulfill targets set for yourself and sales team as well as growth targets for volume and market share for Sales Department.
Perform market research and analysis, develop and implement sales strategy.
Approach new and potential customers, building strong relationships, gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements, attend customer’s inquiries.
Coordinate with other departments to solve customer requests and questions.
Increase awareness of Quanterm Logistics brand and capability in local market.
Weekly report on own sales activities, customer feedback and market information.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Logistics/ Economics/ Transportations or equivalent.
Good knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics, in terms of multimodal transportation (all-water services, inland services, inland trucking legal weight, etc….)
Fluent in English is an advantage.
Possess good qualities, especially Honesty/ Commitment/ Integrity.
Good communications, presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service attitude and skills.
Work independently or team work with high pressure
